Production lead time

Each shade is fabricated to your dimensions in our California workshop. Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from payment to ship. Larger orders (5+ shades), motorized configurations, or premium fabrics may add 2–3 days. You'll receive a tracking number the day your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is paid by the customer. Product prices on the site do not include shipping. At checkout you choose from carrier options — USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground — each with its own rate based on your shade's dimensions and your destination.

Rates shown are calculated from package size and weight using current carrier tables (USPS / UPS / FedEx, 2026 rates). For most single-blind orders, expect $10–$25 USPS Ground or $20–$40 UPS Ground for the contiguous US. Multi-blind orders ship in separate tubes and prices add per package.

  • Contiguous US (lower 48): all carriers, all options
  • Alaska / Hawaii: USPS Priority only — contact us for rates
  • US territories (PR, USVI, Guam): USPS Priority — contact us
  • International: not available at launch. Email if interested.

Tracking

The tracking number is emailed the day your order leaves our workshop. You can also reply to your order confirmation email for a status update at any time.

Carrier delays

Once your shade is in carrier hands, transit time is set by the carrier, not by HILADUO. Carrier delays (weather, holiday volume, lost packages) are between you and the carrier — we'll help file claims if a package is lost or damaged in transit. See our no-returns policy for the damage-reporting process.

Address changes

You can change your shipping address before fabrication begins (typically the first 24 hours). After fabrication starts, the address on your order is locked in. Email customer.service@hiladuo.com with your order number for any change.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax at checkout, based on the ship-to state and applicable jurisdictions. You'll see the exact tax amount on the Stripe payment page before confirming.
