Terms of Service

By using hiladuo.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. HILADUO is a brand of CES 2020 LLC, a California limited-liability company.

1. Custom-made products

All shades are made-to-order based on dimensions you specify. By placing an order you confirm those dimensions are accurate. Custom orders are non-returnable — see our no-returns policy for the full terms.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size; sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax based on the ship-to address. We may correct pricing errors and contact you before fabricating if a listed price is materially incorrect.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card data. By submitting an order you authorize the charge for products + shipping + tax shown on Stripe's checkout page.

3. Lead time & shipping

Standard lead time is 5–10 business days. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the option you select at checkout. Carrier transit time is set by the carrier; we are not liable for carrier delays. See our shipping policy.

4. Warranty

Hardware and motors carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defect. Fabric carries a 1-year warranty against defect. Normal wear, sun fade, and physical damage are excluded. Warranty service requires the original order number.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — fabric photography, descriptions, the configurator UI — is owned by CES 2020 LLC. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., installation costs, lost rental income from a curtainless window). Some states don't allow this limitation, in which case the minimum required by law applies.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in California state or federal courts in Orange County, CA.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
